Lora spent several years as an accountant with experience in both public accounting and various industries. In 2003, she ventured into recruiting out of a desire to use more of her strong communication and problem solving abilities to assist companies in finding and retaining top talent in order to decrease turnover.
After working for some of the most reputable firms on the east coast, she decided to venture into her own professional search firm that would be more focused on delivery than quantity of searches.

Beau Benard
Managing Partner
Beau Benard graduated in 2005 and joined the USMC following his graduation. He has since been in member servicing for over 8 years and is pursuing his bachelor’s degree in computer engineering. He has received multiple accommodations for his exemplary member service skills. Beau’s Entrepreneurial spirit and extensive knowledge of what people want and how to help them succeed and become better prospects in their own lives motivated him to venture into the recruiting industry as the VP of Marketing and Business Development with Buckhead Search Group. Beau spends his spare time at the gym as a certified Personal Trainer and with friends and family giving motivational advice.
